Business Communication Executive

esponsibilities

To coordinate public relations activities with Marketing Communication Manager
To ensure promotional materials are distributed to all concerned on time (i.e. press release etc.)
Keep close and maintain relations with media, both local and international at all times.
Responsible for the administration task (payment administration, purchase request administration, internal/external correspondence, press monthly clipping and filling form system).
Manage all social media channels of hotel
Creative writing for all segments of the business for online and offline marketing communications including but not limited to, Press Releases, Special promotions, Social media Print advertising

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years previous experience within similar role in marketing or communications field
Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal in English.
A confident and dynamic speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organisation.
Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others
Proven organisational skills, works well on their own. Able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.
