Job Summary

Business Analyst with 7 – 8 years banking experience with Business Process Management. The specialist is to analyze and optimize banking processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. 
The ideal candidate will have expertise in process improvement methodologies, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document existing banking processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Design and implement optimized workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align business processes with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Utilize BPM tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, RPA) to drive automation and process optimization.
Develop process models, SOPs, and performance metrics to track effectiveness.
Lead process initiatives to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of process automation solutions.
Provide training and support to staff on new processes and best practices.
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
