Requirements and Experience
3-5 year experience in Business Analysis and Process Design
3-5 year experience in Management of Organizational Change & Communication
Experience in Business Architecture (use case scenario design, functional design, etc…)
Experience in Project Management at large scale
Proven experience in transformational projects in relation with CRM, Loyalty Management, Customer Master Data Management with a preference in Telco environment
Experience in Customer Operations Optimization
Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
