Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst is to originate, plan and co-ordinate of the company’s Projects from inception to completion
The role requires marketing, sourcing and engagement of projects which are then executed as client deliverables by research, analysis, reporting, and presentation of tailor-made solutions, working closely with Vesta colleagues to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
To function effectively in the role, you will need to have both an entrepreneurial and academic flair to deliver the following:
Originate New Business opportunities
Negotiate and close New Business Contracts
Produce Concept Papers, Proposals and Reports
Initiate and manage Field Surveys
Perform critical information and data analysis
Identify correlations and recommendations from data
Communicate complex, technical concepts and project outputs
Facilitate stakeholder management and relations
Candidate Requirements
Essential
Good first degree (1st Class or 2nd Class Upper)
Additional postgraduate qualification: Masters (MA, MBA, MSc) or PhD
Strong entrepreneurial, marketing and negotiation skills
Proven analytical skills and experience performing data analysis
Business Process and Project Management knowledge, including process improvement and management methods (Agile, Waterfall)
Effective communication skills (written and verbal), with ability to gain confidence of stakeholders
Effortless comprehension of complex client problems and provide evidence-based solutions
Minimum of 3 years post NYSC professional experience
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility to work extended hours when required
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
Desirable
Professional qualifications (ACA, CFA)
Knowledge of healthcare sector in Nigeria and globally
