Job Summary
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
You will collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data, create reports, and make recommendations for optimizing processes and achieving organizational goals.
Your role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, providing insights to support decision-making, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, performance, and financial data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor key business metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive process improvements.
Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the premium dental industry.
Support the development and implementation of business strategies and operational plans.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance revenue generation.
Communicate insights and findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly dental practices, is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
