Business Administration Lead

Candidate must reside in close proximity to Victoria Island for ease of commuting.

Administrative & Operational Management

Oversee and streamline daily business operations, ensuring internal processes are efficient and effective.
Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and compliance measures.
Supervise office management, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
Coordinate internal communication and project flow across departments.

Human Resources & Employee Management

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a positive company culture.
Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and performance evaluations.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Implement employee development and training programs.

Business Development & Growth Strategy

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams.
Assist in the development of business plans and growth strategies for company expansion.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and SWOT analyses to identify opportunities.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.

Proposal Creation & Client Acquisition

Work on the creation of business proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients and investors.
Support the sales and marketing teams with pitch materials, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
Develop customized proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
Track and report on business development efforts, identifying areas for improvement.

Executive Support

Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements as necessary.
Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic documents for board meetings and key decision-making.
Serve as the point of contact for high-level stakeholders and partners.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, proposal writing, and operations management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work closely with leadership to drive the company’s strategic vision.
Experience in managing multi-department projects and teams.
