Details:Job Objectives
To manage the Tranos brand by developing Plans and implementing strategies that will support the Brand and its products and also help to achieve its marketing objectives.
To grow the Tranos brand and effectively communicate branding and marketing information as well as the essence of the brand internally and externally.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and develop a brand and communications strategy for Tranos ensuring its alignment with the company’s values and missions.
Plan and implement the Tranos brand and communication strategies, programs or projects.
Ensure that evaluation systems are in place to measure performance.
Brand Management
Ensure articulation of TRANOS’s brand essence and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the company and ensure communication of image and position to internal and external constituencies.
Develop and execute internal branding strategy in line with the agreed brand essence.
Drive brand growth and loyalty.
Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management strategies.
Identify and implement brand-building interventions.
Manage the company’s online presence (Website, Online PR and Social Media Platforms) and assets in order to create awareness for the Organization and its products, Engage with its customers, Generate new leads and work with the Sales Team to close these leads.
Corporate Communications
Oversee the implementation of intellectual property strategy through trademark management, domain name registrations, and risk management ensuring their appropriate use.
Provide thought leadership materials for internal and external consumption.
Coordinate and manage content management and information sharing among departments, divisions, external customers and divisions.
Marketing Coordination
Oversee the production of all print and electronic materials such as brochures, Radio & TV Commercials, Annual reports, website, social sites etc.
Oversee and guide marketing and promotion activities in TRANOS.
Develop and implement media planning, purchases, and innovation strategies.
Coordinate and manage the effectiveness of the Marketing Agency in the delivery and implementation of the brand strategy.
Customer Service
Liaise with production planner to draw up production plans and do timely reviews
Competency and Skills Requirements:
Industry Knowledge
Experience in managing a manufacturing brand or working in the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
Experience as a customer relations personnel.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in branding, corporate communications, advertising, marketing.

Must be discernibly honest and of consistent upright character
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communication or a related field.
Experience in managing a manufacturing brand or working in the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
A business or marketing master’s degree or a Masters of Business Administration with concentrations in brand management, marketing, or communications is an added advantage.
APCON Certification will be an added advantage.
