Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation for clients. Ensure all strategies are aligned with clients’ overall brand and marketing goals.
Collaborate with the creative team to design and curate engaging, brand-relevant content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). This includes visuals, copywriting, videos, and other media.
Actively engage with followers and fans, responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Cultivate and maintain relationships with the community to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and coverage for the brand across various platforms.
Identify platforms with high traffic of target audience and facilitate the media buying and running of paid adverts on those platforms.
Monitor the performance of all digital adverts.
Regular reports on digital marketing such as plans, implementation and outcomes.
Manage social media accounts on behalf of clients.
Ensure that all social media content maintains a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms. Adapt content to resonate with different audience segments while staying true to brand guidelines.
Monitor social media performance and key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve social media strategies. Innovate by leveraging new tools, platforms, and trends to keep brands ahead of the curve.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Build strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and updates on social media performance. Ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role within a brand consulting or marketing agency.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
Experience in social media analytics and tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.). Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Experience working in a brand consulting firm or marketing agency. Knowledge of paid social media advertising and paid media strategies.
Experience working with influencers and managing influencer campaigns.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
