Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies for multiple clients
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Create brand positioning and messaging frameworks
Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
Guide creative direction for brand campaigns and marketing material
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels: This includes SEO, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and website analytics.
Analyze campaign performance and metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Manage brand budget and resources.
Present marketing plans and performance reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field (experience in both brand strategy and hands-on marketing execution is highly desirable)
Previous experience at a top advertising agency or a fast-paced, marketing-driven company is preferred.
Proven track record of successful brand marketing campaigns and demonstrable results.
Strong presentation, communication, and client/stakeholder management skills.
Experience in consumer insights, market research, and data analysis.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM systems).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
