Brand Manager

Job Summary

As the Brand Manager for our luxury hair brand, you will be the strategic and creative force behind developing, executing, and maintaining the brand’s image, identity, and market presence.
You will lead marketing initiatives, manage product positioning, and build lasting connections with our affluent target audience to ensure brand growth, loyalty, and prestige.
This role requires a dynamic individual who is deeply passionate about luxury, beauty, and innovation, with a strong ability to translate brand vision into impactful strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development:

Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and values, to enhance our brand’s presence in the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
Identify market trends and consumer insights within the luxury and haircare space to inform strategic decisions.

Marketing & Campaigns:

Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, including digital, print, PR, and experiential channels.
Collaborate with media team to produce compelling content and visuals that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed for maximum impact.

Customer Experience & Community Engagement:

Build and nurture strong relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and luxury clientele.
Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty, both online and in-store.
Oversee VIP events, Trade fair, partnerships, and collaborations to strengthen brand equity.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps within the market.
Stay abreast of global beauty and luxury trends to maintain the brand’s relevance and innovation.
Utilize consumer data to inform decision-making and improve brand strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion industries.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute long-term brand strategies.
Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with a deep understanding of luxury branding.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and market research capabilities.
Digital Expertise: Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.
Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain relationships with high-profile clientele and influencers.
