Job Description/Responsibilities

Responsible for driving annual top line growth as well as specific marketing objectives relating to brand health and equity.
Drive execution on advertising, activations, and brand experiences while working through multiple agencies and organizations.
Manage key aspects of new product development to launch multiple products and brands per year.
Develop and deliver consumer and internal communication and education on Wet Hair
Lead the planning and the implementation of large and medium scale projects.
Build a strong understanding of consumers and shoppers through partnership with CMI team and market immersions
Work closely with Marketing Manager and agencies in the development and execution of brand strategy
Drive team in launching multiple new products and brands/year
Drive execution on advertising, activations, and brand experiences while working through multiple agencies and organizations.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities and pricing to identify opportunities and key issues
Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
Conduct weekly/monthly and ad hoc reporting and analytics on brand performance
Assist in the planning and implementation of innovation / incl pricing strategy / volume assumptions / product concept and claim / business case / Launch plan
Partner with Activation Manager and Salon Brand Manager in development of Brand activity plans / trade promo strategy / New Product Launches.
