Brand Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Determine the OL (Opinion Leader) and the place of product promotion and adjust to the specified target
Continue distribution of purchase orders to sales teams at branches or authorized Distributors.
Evaluate the process and ensure Detailing, Presentation and Sampling activities are on target
Evaluate processes and visit Opinion Leaders regarding Detailing, Presentation and Sampling activities
Evaluate the process and ensure that promotional activities are carried out according to the concept, procedures, and targets set.
Ensure that promotional materials are in accordance with set concepts, procedures and targets
Ensure the emergence of consumer confidence related to product benefits through Detailing, Presentation, and Sampling activities to Opinion Leaders
Ensure activities related to external parties are in accordance with the targets and time set
Disseminate knowledge and expertise to other employees to support the creation of a high performance organization.
You are to propose the needs of each business process
Preparation of activity reports and administration of operational activities.

Requirements

HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in the same position in medical line will be an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
Time management skills.
Must be Able to ride a bike
Must have a valid riders card
Male preferably.
