Brand & Communications Manager

Job Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for;
Internal Communication:Drive the implementation of the overall internal communications strategy/programme of the Company.
Digital Communications/Content Development
External Communication:Ensure that key messages relating to the company and its products are duly delivered (Brand PR, press releases, etc.).
Minimum Requirement
Relevant University Degree or its equivalent.
2 – 3 years experience from a reputable in similar roles.
Knowledge and good understanding of effective Marketing Communications practice.
Skills & Competencies
Ability to use web platforms to distribute content via newsletter, webinars, podcasts, etc is a must.
The ideal candidate must be social media savvy and must come with an understanding of how to use same in a business-to-business environment.
S/he must possess strong writing skill. Candidates must have publications in national dailies or reputable online platforms, or show evidence of initiating such.
Candidate who can use design applications like Corel Drawn, Ing, Adobe, etc make Info-graphics, short videos and other memes for communication stands a greater chance.
Proactive approach to communications &Critical thinking, Creativity, and Problem sensitivity.
