Brand and Marketing Manager

Job Description

The role of the brand and marketing manager is to coordinate and oversee brand awareness and promote the brand through various advertising sites, campaigns and marketing platforms.
The Marketing manager ensures that all marketing operations are executed properly. A high level of creativity and marketing proficiency is required to manage a team and also create multiple strategies to help grow the brand.
The goal of the marketing team is to ensure highest level of profit generation for the business at all times

Responsibilities

Managing and monitoring customer response to various campaigns and products
Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans
Work with organization goals and values to uncover potential leads and retain existing customer base
Liaise with media organizations, advertising agencies and creative to drive profitability and brand recognition
Ensure campaigns and branding strategies convert to a high per cent of profit margin for the company
Proper relay of product from initial design to product delivery in a suitable and consumer friendly way
Continuous personal development to keep up with technology improved trends and innovations
Business analysis and budget management to execute campaigns

Requirements

B.Sc. / HND qualification
Prior knowledge of marketing, business administration and consumer engagement
Efficient customer and brand representation skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent professional etiquette and team management
Exemplary leadership and team spirit
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing and Branding
Must be resident in Lagos
