Branch Manager (Real Estate)

Job Description (Summary)

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing branch operations, mentoring staff, and driving the sale and lease of properties. You will also secure new property and facility management briefs while ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This role demands strong leadership, sales acumen, and a thorough understanding of the Abuja or Port Harcourt real estate markets.

Branch Operations and Leadership:

Manage the day-to-day operations and profitability of the branch.
Mentor, guide, and manage all branch staff to achieve their objectives.
Oversee administrative functions and ensure organizational standards are maintained.

Property Sales and Leasing:

Drive the sale and lease of properties in the company’s portfolio.
Secure new property sales, lease, and facility management briefs for the branch.
Manage and negotiate property leases on behalf of clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and referrals.
Provide regular client reports and updates regarding their properties.

Business Development:

Leverage networking and local market knowledge to grow the company’s portfolio.
Actively contribute to expanding the branch’s influence in the Abuja or Port Harcourt real estate markets.

Strong knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in Abuja or Port Harcourt.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required Qualifications & Experience

A first degree in Estate Management or a relevant discipline.
Chartered membership of professional bodies such as NIEVS and ESVARBON.
Minimum of 13–15 years of real estate sales experience.
Very strong salesperson
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
Looks professional and presentable.
Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
Sociable and Professional
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
CRM knowledge and experience
Excellent networking skills
Excellent People management, administrative and organization skills.
Knowledge of Abuja/PH real estate market
