Job description

Over all supervision of the Branch operations and Branch Relationship deepening team.
Responsibile for achieving the various Branch KPIS.

Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesBranch/Region Leadership & People Management (Excellence):

Leveraging/Interpretation of Sales performance indicators to motivate and drive performance of team and to achieve LT profitability of branch.
An iconic respected community business leader in and around his community.

Risk Mitigation (Required):

Branch complies with external and internal regulations and policies covering Operational, Credit, Reputational and People Risk.

Risk Mitigation (Excellence):

Healthy approval rate ratio versus number of loan submissions.

Achieves KPIs set for operational, credit, people and risk parameters.Qualifications and SkillsFinancial Performance (Required):

Profitable branch through effective management of its P& L.

Financial Performance (Excellence):

Use multiple levers/drivers to increase profitability/ cost efficiency of the branch e.g. balancing cost and revenue performance.

Sales Management (Required):

Formulate and achieve branch’s sales strategy through working closely with product VCs, using competitor intelligence, customer feedback etc.
Maximize every customer contact opportunity for sales by coaching branch teams.

Sales Management (Excellence):

Marketing activities penetrate community through leveraging the local customer mix.
Participation or leading elements of regional sales strategy.

Customer Experience Management (Required):

Strong branch experience for customer through implementation of out serve principles.

Customer Experience Management (Excellence):

Recognized as the bank of choice in the community with highest client penetration rate.
Branch renowned locally for exceptional client experience.

Branch/Region Leadership & People Management (Required):

Branch has a team of effective acquisition & portfolio mgrs to market the various VC products.
Role model for bank’s desired values.
