EXPERIENCE
Degree or Masters in Business Administration
Experience in Change Management from a business operations perspective
Understanding the market trends in the Finance and Banking Sector
Certifications in Leadership, Business, Personnel or related disciplines
Excellent Communication Skills both written and oral
Can easily adapt to change, working in complexed environments
Demonstrate the ability to manage a business with core operation management skills
