Job Summary
The Beauty Attendant will assist customers in selecting beauty products and services tailored to their needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
The role requires a keen understanding of beauty products, trends, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and provide personalized consultations based on their beauty preferences.
Assist customers in selecting the right skincare, and other beauty products.
Demonstrate product usage and application techniques.
Sales and Promotions:
Actively promote new arrivals, special offers, and beauty events.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and skincare innovations.
Provide detailed product information, including ingredients, usage, and benefits.
Address customer queries about specific products and their suitability.
Merchandising and Inventory:
Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking.
Report low-stock or out-of-stock items promptly to the manager.
Hygiene and Safety:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and testing areas.
Adhere to hygiene protocols, including sterilizing beauty tools and maintaining product testers.
Ensure compliance with store safety standards.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
Participate in team training sessions and share feedback
Key Requirements
Education:
Certification in cosmetology or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
Prior experience in a retail or beauty-related role is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong sales and customer service abilities.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of beauty products and skincare.
Personality Traits:
