Menu Development

 Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and refine the grilling menu.
Create innovative side dishes that complement grilled items.

Quality Control

Ensure all dishes meet the hotel’s standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
Conduct regular checks on food supplies and inventory.

Team Coordination:

Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in grilling techniques and safety procedures.

Health and Safety Compliance

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation   practices.
 Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Customer Interaction

Occasionally engage with guests to understand their preferences and gather feedback.
