Responsibilities
Keeping records of drinks received and drinks issued to waitress for sales.
Keep daily inventory of drinks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with team members to deliver top-notch service.
Requirements
1 – 3 years of bartending experience
Extensive knowledge of cocktails and drink recipes
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude.
