Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bakery Manager to oversee daily operations, administrative tasks, and marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient business operations, maintaining high product quality and customer satisfaction, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
Duties / Responsibilities
Supervise bakery staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement of ingredients and materials.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and sales performance to ensure profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service quality improvements.
Maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales reports and payroll management.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the bakery and attract customers.
Oversee product pricing, packaging, and visual merchandising to enhance customer appeal.
Requirements / Skills
B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in the food or bakery industry.
Strong knowledge of routes in Rivers State
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
