Job Summary
The Back-End Developer will design, build and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Python/Django, Golang, or Node.js frameworks.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver robust full-stack solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend logic and RESTful APIs using Python/Django, Golang, or Node.js.
Design and manage SQL/NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and optimized queries.
Integrate third-party APIs and services (e.g., payment gateways, authentication).
Collaborate with frontend developers on API design and integration.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and project planning.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
Write unit and integration tests.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of backend development best practices.
Contribute to technical documentation and adhere to coding standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements / Required Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
2+ years of experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in at least one of: Python/Django, Golang, or Node.js.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Basic understanding of frontend technologies.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
