B2B Sales and Partnerships Executive

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales and Partnerships Executive to join our team in Ibadan.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with businesses while driving sales growth in the food and hospitality sector.
Experience in the food and hospitality industry in Ibadan is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify, prospect, and acquire B2B clients, including restaurants, hotels, caterers, schools, supermarkets, and other bulk food buyers in Ibadan.
Develop customized proposals and close partnerships that align with Pricepally’s business objectives.

Account Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions tailored to their requirements.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, track competitor activities, and stay informed on food and hospitality trends in Ibadan.
Provide insights on pricing strategies and market demands to the leadership team.

Sales Execution:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery for clients.

Partnership Growth:

Collaborate with local businesses, associations, and stakeholders to establish
Pricepally as the preferred supplier for bulk food needs in Ibadan.
Organize and participate in networking events to promote Pricepally’s brand and offerings.

Reporting:

Provide regular sales performance reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
Proven experience in the **food and hospitality industry in Ibadan is essential.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proactive, result-oriented, and highly organized.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of the Ibadan business landscape, particularly within the
food and hospitality sectors.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
