Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Automobile Technician with expertise in repairing all brands of automobiles.
The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Responsibilities
Using diagnostic equipment to identify problems with a vehicle’s electrical, engine, transmission, steering, suspension, braking, or HVAC system
Perform regular maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and tune-ups, to keep vehicles running smoothly.
Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards
Plan repair procedures using charts manuals and experience.
Test the functionality of parts and systems on vehicles.
Keep detailed records of repairs and services performed.
Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications
Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
Help keep the repair shop clean and organized.
Keep a professional appearance.
Requirements
SSCE / OND / Trade test certificate qualification
1-3 years of proven experience in automotive and engine training required.
Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of vehicles
Hold a valid driver’s license.
Must read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records.
Ability to use the diagnostic equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Good hand-to-eye coordination.
