Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Automotive Mechanic with expertise in alignment work, along with additional proficiency in diagnosing, electrical, and mechanical repairs. The ideal candidate should have strong alignment skills as a core competency while also excelling in diagnosing and fixing electrical and mechanical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced vehicle alignment services with precision.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in different vehicle types.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components.
Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics and recommend appropriate repairs.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and recommendations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive alignment work.
Expertise in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
Strong technical skills in mechanical repairs.
Ability to operate diagnostic tools and software.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism.
Salary & Benefits:
Starting Salary: ₦65,000 for the first month (probation period), including a ₦6,000 feeding allowance.
Performance-Based Increase: Salary may rise to ₦70,000 or higher based on skills and efficiency.
Feeding Allowance: ₦6,000 per week (₦1,000 per day).
Temporary Accommodation: Free 3-month accommodation for successful candidates.
Salary is subject to performance reviews and may be adjusted accordingly.
