Auto Parts Sales Representative

Overview

The Auto Parts Sales Representative plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with customers, retaining existing business, and driving sales growth. This position involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions from our extensive range of automotive parts.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
Sales Growth: Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, or market research; implement strategies to increase revenue.
Customer Retention: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and providing excellent service.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest automotive parts trends to offer informed advice and recommendations.
Communication & Negotiation: Effectively communicate product benefits while negotiating prices or terms that meet both company goals and customer needs.

Requirements
Experience:

3+ years of experience in sales or a related field (automotive industry experience is beneficial but not required).
Basic knowledge of heavy duty truck parts(beneficial but not always required)
Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or HND

Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
