Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Audit Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, ensuring compliance, monitoring stock and revenue, and preparing detailed reports to support operational and financial efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Assurance Audits:
Conduct daily revenue assurance checks for all locations, including POS, cash, walk-in, and CET transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Stock Auditing:
Monitor stock of orders across all regions and generate aged stock reports for regional managers.
Perform periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Voucher and Expenditure Audit:
Audit fuel, diesel, and oil voucher issuance to transport personnel to ensure proper usage and record accuracy.
Vet retirements for fuel and diesel purchases and verify compliance with policies.
Implant Payout Review:
Review and verify implant payouts processed bi-weekly, ensuring proper application of sanctions and deductions.
Debt and Claims Monitoring:
Monitor staff purchase debt lists and stock movement in the Damage and Claims/Resolutions Unit.
Ensure proper documentation and resolution of all claims.
Reporting and Compliance:
Prepare and review monthly financial and operational reports.
Track and monitor insurance claims for timely resolution.
Audit Process Management:
Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Identify and report risks, process inefficiencies, and potential fraud.
Recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and operational processes.
Ad-hoc Audits:
Perform additional audit-related tasks as assigned, ensuring all activities align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Educational Requirements:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in an audit or compliance role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
