ATM Support Officer

 Officer provides support to Branches on daily reconciliation of ATM Till/Cash Balancing process by Branches 

 Duties & Responsibilities

Timely and adequate response to ATM dispense errors
Follow up with TSD Heads/ROSS on the prompt clearance of exceptions raised in the review.
Provision of Training for ATM Custodians
Monitor and regulate Offsite ATM deployment in order to reduce downtime and resource wastages
ATM Replacement and on-site deployment
Other task as may be assigned by the supervisor

Key Performance Indicators

Availability of ATM to users on 24/7 basis
Turn-around time on dispense request are met
Cleanliness of ATM booths and Surroundings (friendly and inviting environment)
Availability of Crisp Fresh Mint Notes

Minimum Education Qualifications 

Minimum educational level – Bachelor’s Degree in social science or humanities or HND with a Master’s Degree

Previous Work Experience Requirements 

Minimum requisite experience – 0 – 3 years working experience
