Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business in the areas of open and customised training, executive sourcing and others.
Cold call as appropriate within Lagos area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging own network.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Plan approaches and pitches.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
Have “hands-on” approach in the high net sales industry and be prepared to generate actionable partnership ideas
Good knowledge of customer economics, with ability to identify and develop new business solutions for clients
Execute sales activities, including development of key account strategies, their implementation, and the required coordination of resources.
Develop & implement short term plans in order to ensure effective customer coverage.
Increase market penetration and monitor performance against planned objectives & take action to close the gap.
Experience in customer engagement at executive level of sales in service sector
Experience of high level stakeholder engagement
Results-oriented entrepreneurial spirit and “can do” attitude
Strong team player and Excellent people skill
Very flexible and can work under pressure
Be involved in regular brainstorming and strategy sessions.
Have the ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines.

Person Specification

Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years and a minimum of 5 years experience at managerial level-High Net Individual Sales Experience is Critical.
Sex: Preferably male
Age: Not more than 42 years old
Qualification: Minimum of Master’s degree
Great Communication (written and spoken)
Possess the virtue of integrity
Proficient in IT (Microsoft package)
Great Interpersonal skills, self-motivated and ability to take initiative
Potential applicants would have a proven and verifiable track record of delivering sales target preferably to the service industry to high net individuals

Remuneration N350, 000/month + Bonus of up of N2, 001,000/quarter and various management training of up to N5million per annum.
