Job Description
The role of the executive coach is to help the client maximize performance. We do this by analyzing the leader’s strengths and development opportunities, clarifying goals, developing action plans, addressing new skill needs and eliminating obstacles that stand in the way of success.
Requirements

Coaching and Mentoring experience an asset
At least 4-5 years sales experience in a professional service envelopment
Very matured, Strategic thinker and dynamic
Ready to live a corporate life style
Has worked with revenue target and achieved remarkable success
Assertive and can work independently with ability to lead
Hobby in playing any sports either as a Coach (preferred) or member of a team
Has held leadership position from school, clubs sports etc.

Responsibilities

You will champion sales of Coaching programs for senior leaders and executives
You will head your business unit and drive revenue
You will work hand-in-hand with Executive Coaches
