Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in lesson planning and classroom activities.
Assist in managing student behavior and maintaining discipline.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
Supervise students during recess, lunch, and school activities.
Grade assignments and provide feedback under the teacher’s guidance.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Communicate with parents and staff as needed.
Ensure classroom cleanliness and organization.
Assist in monitoring students\\\’ progress and development.
Requirements:
Passion for working with children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Patience and adaptability in a classroom setting.
Basic knowledge of educational techniques and child development.
