Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management:

Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management review.
Identify and explore new market opportunities for bread products.

Team Supervision:

Coordinate and supervise sales representatives and ensure they meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Provide training and mentoring to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key clients.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns to boost sales.
Inventory and Logistics Coordination:
Work with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of bread products to customers.
Monitor stock levels and recommend production adjustments based on demand.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, including performance analysis and recommendations.
Support the Sales Manager in forecasting sales and setting achievable goals.
