We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Assistant Manager to support our HR department’s daily operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas, strong leadership, and a collaborative approach to driving employee engagement and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
Membership with a recognized HR professional body (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage
Strong knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Support performance reviews and training programs.
Ensure HR compliance and policy implementation.
Organize employee engagement activities.
