KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prior knowledge and experience in Android Application Development.
Excellent skills in gathering, technical documentation, troubleshooting and support
Liaison with the Customer and the development teams which may be locally or anywhere across the Globe.
Strong Project Management skills to work with Government and Non-Government Departments for requirements, training, troubleshooting etc.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
7+ years’ experience in Technical Support Role (Applications for the Android platform).
At least 2 years’ experience developing Mobile Applications within the Android OS for Devices or Tablets.
Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document.
Strong familiarity with software configuration management systems and/or source code.
Excellent technical knowledge of Java, Android Software Development Kit (SDK) and Android Studio.
Knowledge of XML and JSON a must.
Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Material Design.
SQL.
Technical support experience for web applications.
