Job Description
Customer relationship management
Manage all logistics staff in the absence of her superior
Handle customer service calls
Accept all pickup request
Monitors payment
Ensure all items are delivered by the dispatch riders.
Requirements
Must have in-depth knowledge of all location within Lagos
Highly proactive/good communication skills
Computer literate
Must be hardworking with high moral character and integrity
Minimum of B.Sc qualification.
Gender: Female.
Salary N40,000.00 – N50,000.00
