Assist the Head of HR in planning, developing and implementing strategies for HR management and development
Assist in ensuring that employee’s disciplinary procedure is not compromised.
Assist In the general administrative functions.

Qualification, Experience and Attributes

B.Sc in Business Administration, Industrial Relations & Personnel Management or any of the Social Science.
MBA and membership IPMN, NIM or other relevant professions bodies is an added advantage.
Minimum of 6 years requisite experience from reputable organization with exposure to Basic HR management practices and general administration.
ldeal candidate must be between ages 30 years and above
