Assistant Director of Administration

DUTIES
The Assistant Director of Administration shall be under the directives of the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Management. a. Take charge ofthe administrative branch ofthe hospital. b. Take charge/co-ordinate activities in specific subject/subjects. c. Co-ordinate the training programme of staff. d. Assist in the formulation, execution and review of policies. e. Assist in the general administration of the Hospital. f. Secretary to the Board of Management. g. Any other duty(ies) assigned by the Medical Director.
REQUIREMENTS:
Applications for the post of Assistant Director of Administration are required to: a. Hold at least a B.Sc. or BA degree in Administration, Social Sciences or Humanities, or equivalent. b. Have not less than 15 years cognate administrative practice with considerable experience in the administration of a Tertiary Health Institution. c. Be of the rank of Chief Administration Officer or above. d. Be of good character. e. Possession of relevant higher degree/qualification(s) will be an added advantage.
