Assets And Inventory Sales Officer

Role Description

The Assets and Inventory Sales Officer is responsible for executing the sale and lease of aircraft parts, tools and Ground Support Equipment (GSES) used for civil aviation aircraft and engines in accordance with all relevant company policies, industry regulations, environmental standards and best practices, to maximize revenue, minimize waste, and support the company’s overall financial goals.
The officer will also develop and maintain relationships with buyers and leasing agents, ensuring optimal financial returns for the company.
The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong background in sales, and a deep understanding of aircraft technical parts and equipment.
They will work closely with various departments within the Engineering Supply Chain and CAMO to maximize revenue from these sales and leases.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify potential buyers.
Conduct market research and analyze demand and pricing trends of aircraft parts and equipment to understand and identify opportunities for sales.
Analyze competitor’s products and services Sales.

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively maximize revenue.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
Commitment to ensuring internal and external customers’ needs are met promptly.
Willingness to travel to other locations or stations as needed.

Key Performance Indicator:
Sales Revenue Generation & Profit Margins:

Achieve or exceed sales and leasing revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
Percentage increase in revenue from sales and lease year-over-year.
Maintain or improve profit margins on all transactions.

Compliance & Documentation Accuracy:

Ensure 100% compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies in all transactions.
Maintain a 100% accuracy rate in and completeness in all sales transaction documentation, including contracts, invoices, with zero compliance breaches.

Customer Satisfaction:

Achieve high customer satisfaction scores through timely and efficient service delivery.
