Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings for furniture production and interior projects.
Collaborate with the CAD and CAM teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into production.
Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with architectural plans and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
Provide input on materials, finishes, and technical specifications to enhance product quality.
Conduct research on current trends, innovative techniques, and sustainable materials.
Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and project-specific requirements.
Prepare BOQs and liaise with relevant teams to ensure accurate inventory management.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2-3 years of professional experience in architecture, furniture design, or related fields.
Willingness to relocate to Abuja within a few months
Proficiency in architectural software such as SketchUp, Lumion.
Strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and production processes.
Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Creative problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Willingness to relocate to Abuja within a few months.
