Minimum Key Skills:
· Science graduate· Good communication skills and Presentable· Good Operating System knowledge· Fair Networking knowledge· Database BASIC administration knowledge Oracle/SQL Server· Good knowledge of SQL query· Trained on In10s product/solution deployed (we will impart training for the same classroom & on the job)· Candidate who has inclination towards service-oriented career· Adequate skill to manage application support requirements in production environment.

· Quick learner & good analytical skills· Positive attitude· Passionate and committed to work under pressure· Readiness for stretching the day whenever required (specially onsite)
Job Responsibility:
· Install, maintain and support the system on-site· Will have to be looked-up as a product expert· Practice operational guidelines set for execution.· Maintain good relationship with the client.· Assist the Team lead in installation/co-ordination for implementation and Troubleshoot.· Undertake knowledge transfer sessions when necessary as part of hand-over procedures.· Contribute to update the troubleshooting information repository.· Shall work with the assigned operations lead of the engagement.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience.
