Reports To: Manager – Propsitions and Customer Insights Prepaid

Division: Marketing

Mission:

To implement, monitor and report on customer connection, usage and retention initiatives to drive achievement of business objectives for market segment of the consumer market.
Provide relevant and up to date information to aid proper decision making with the authority limits of the Brand Manager.

Description:

Provide input into the development of marketing plan that plays a role in effective product development, launch and quality adoption within the segment
Support quarterly marketing plans for the High Value segment (focusing on customer growth, revenue and ARPU stimulation)
Support the Manager HV Segment in the execution of the Segment’s strategy
Monitor projects and ensure they are delivered to budget and on time
Manage and coordinate brand promotion, product launch and re-launch from end-to-end.
Develop work implementation plan, ensuring it is in alignment with the business strategy of the segment.
Maintain and build brand strength through advertising, media and any other marketing means, managing relationship with key media agencies on a daily basis.
Ensure market penetration, growth and profitability through effective implementation of HV and segment strategies
Manage and coordinate brand promotion, product launch and re-launch from end-to-end
Manage relationship with Finance and ensure funds are available for projects in line with budget
Liaise with the Brand and communication team to define effective channels for communicating defined/approved initiatives aimed at creating awareness 
Liaise with Product team to provide update on the development/revamp of initiatives and acquisition frameworks for the High Value Segment

Education:

First degree in any related discipline 
Fluent in English 

Experience:

3 – 7 years’ experience including:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in segment management 
Excellent understanding of customer behavior
Experience in Marketing plans, advertising materials and product life cycle monitoring
Experience in Telecommunications Industry/tech
