Job Summary:
The Aftersales General Manager will oversee and manage all aftersales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing profitability, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. This role involves managing workshops, spare parts distribution, and customer support to uphold the company’s reputation for excellence and reliability in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the aftersales strategy to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction target.
Establish policies and procedures for service operations, spare parts, engine maintenance, and customer support to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
Oversee the performance of workshops and service centers, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels for spare parts and accessories to optimize stock availability and reduce downtime.
Implement automobile industry best practices to enhance operational productivity and service delivery.
Build strong relationships with customers by ensuring their concerns are promptly addressed and resolved.
Champion collaboration and motivation while fostering a culture of excellence and optimal performance of the aftersales team.
Prepare and manage budgets for aftersales operations, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
Analyze revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase aftersales income.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Oversee the health, safety, and environmental requirements across all aftersales operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in aftersales management within the automotive industry.
Proven track record of managing workshops, spare parts, and customer service operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems and other automotive industry software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, employees, and stakeholders effectively.
