Admission and Sales Officer

Responsibilities

Make first calls to prospective students.
Conduct interviews with prospective students
Send strategic and targeted emails to prospective students
Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner.
Get feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
Connect with prospective students by answering incoming phone calls, and attending to all admission incoming. emails.
Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with students, and colleagues effectively.
MuItitasking skills to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously without compromising the quality of service.
Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly.
Follow up with students for any inquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years experience.
