Job Summary:
Creaniacs Talent Management is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Secretary/Administrator on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the organization, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the team to achieve its goals. The candidate must possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate office activities to ensure smooth operations.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, handling inquiries professionally.
Organize, schedule, and manage appointments, meetings, and events for management.
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement to avoid shortages.
Support the management team by handling travel arrangements and itineraries.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other official materials as needed.
Monitor office equipment and ensure timely maintenance or repairs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Address and resolve administrative challenges promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to create and implement efficient workflows.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Must reside within or be willing to relocate to Ikotun-Igando, Lagos.
