Administrator

Responsibilities
Office Management:

Overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a well-functioning work environment.
Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinating office maintenance and repairs.

Communication and Coordination:

Acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management or the organization.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Liaising between departments, staff, and external partners or clients.

Record Keeping and Data Management:

Maintaining accurate and organized records, files, and databases.
Handling sensitive information such as employee records, and other confidential contracts.
Updating systems with new data and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Human Resources Support:

Assisting with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
Managing employee records and leave requests.
Coordinating staff training and development.

IT and Technical Support Coordination:

Liaising with IT departments to manage office systems and technical equipment.
Ensuring that all office software, hardware, and systems are up-to-date and functional.

Policy Implementation and Compliance:

Ensuring that office procedures and policies are implemented and followed.
Assisting in compliance with industry regulations or legal requirements.

Requirements

Candidate must be an HND/BA graduate with an academic background in either of the following degrees: Business Administration, Office Administrator, Public Administration or Management
Entry-Level Positions: 1-2 years of experience may be sufficient.
Proficiency in Office Software: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication: Administrators often communicate with employees, management, clients, and vendors, so clear and professional communication is essential.
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep track of records, and maintain a structured workflow.
Time Management and Multitasking: The capability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and handle interruptions without losing focus.

Skills Required:

Strong driving skills and a valid driver’s license (Candidate without driving skill should NOT apply)
Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
Time management and punctuality.
Basic vehicle maintenance skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected situations (e.g., traffic, vehicle issues).
