Job Summary

We are in search of a highly capable, detail-oriented, and driven Office Assistant / Administrative Support professional to facilitate the seamless functioning of daily office operations and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

Seeking candidates with up to two years of experience in administrative or office support positions, demonstrating foundational knowledge and practical skills in office environments.

Educational attainment must include a Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSC) qualification.

Proficient in computer systems and technologies, with a strong aptitude for navigating and leveraging digital tools effectively.

Responsibilities

The incumbent must maintain a consistently clean and orderly office environment.

Clerical assistance is provided to the office team, ensuring efficient administrative operations and organizational support.

Oversee the organization, maintenance, and upkeep of filing systems, records, and all pertinent office documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with established protocols.

Respond to incoming communications, including calls, emails, and formal correspondence, with a high standard of professionalism.

Facilitate the coordination and organization of meetings, as well as the maintenance of office calendars, to ensure optimal scheduling efficiency.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional office environment.

Provide support for document reproduction tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and printing, as well as managing document distribution.

Greet visitors warmly and guide them to their intended destinations.

Perform a variety of additional administrative tasks as directed by management, including but not limited to preparing reports, organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office records. Ensure all assigned responsibilities are completed accurately and punctually, adhering to established procedures while supporting overall operational efficiency.
