Job Description
Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment
Respond to inquiries
Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
Supervise customer services and respond to customer inquiries
Supervise and provide work direction to clerical and technical personnel
Write clear and concise reports and correspondence.
Make effective presentations of conclusions and recommendations orally and in writing
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
Requirements
B.Sc/HND in Public Administration, Sociology or any other related course of study
A minimum of second class lower division/Equivalent
Must be residing in Lagos
