Administrative Office Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Office Assistant at Wakefield International School in Lagos Mainland.
The Administrative Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining office efficiency, handling phone calls and correspondence, and assisting with clerical tasks.
The role also involves supporting executive administrative tasks and ensuring communication flows effectively within the office.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
Clerical Skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Experience in an educational environment is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office suite
