Administrative Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Supervise and coordinate administrative staff to maintain a productive work environment.
Oversee scheduling, office supplies, and record-keeping.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of administrative staff.
Handle correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
Collaborate with department heads to support organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in administration, office management, or a related role.
Strong ability to teach.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skill:

Prior experience in an educational setting or corporatetraining
