Job Summary
TRANSSIL is looking for an organized, diligent, and detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Officer to manage financial operations and office administration. The ideal candidate must be highly reliable, proactive, and efficient in handling financial transactions, reporting, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Manage financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting.
Oversee office administration, procurement, and logistics.
Handle payroll processing, invoices, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with financial laws and internal policies.
Prepare financial records and reports for audits.
Support HR functions, including recruitment and employee records.
Implement systems to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Strong financial management and administrative skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
ACA/ACCA certification is a plus.
